Half day covers Fort Belgica plus one plantation stop. Full day adds Fort Nassau, the old Dutch quarter, a spice processing stop and a longer lunch break. Guide-level estimates for 2026, not a binding quote.

Guides are shared with the dive and trek operators on a small island. In the calm season, a few days' notice is the minimum.
Do I need separate tickets for Fort Belgica and Fort Nassau?
No. Access to both is coordinated as part of the tour and is not always sold as a single fixed ticket, so the guide handles it on the day rather than leaving you to source tickets in advance.
Can this be added to a multi-day itinerary?
Yes, and most people do. It is commonly slotted in as a rest day between dives, or on an arrival or departure day around a boat or flight window.
Does rain stop it?
Not usually. The grove walk and the forts go ahead in light rain. In the wetter months we flag any weather-related rescheduling in advance rather than on the morning.
How far ahead should I book?
A few days before arrival at minimum, and earlier in the calm window (Oct–Apr) when the dive and trek operators are competing for the same local guides.
