The itinerary barely changes between tiers. What changes is how the fixed cost of the boat, the guide and the rooms gets split — which is why the same three days carry three different per-person rates.
Per-person cost falls as group size rises, because the boat, the guide and often the homestay are fixed costs shared across however many people are on the trip.
Three tiers
Same stops — Banda Neira town, the colonial forts, a nutmeg plantation, at least one day on the water. Different control, and a different way of splitting the bill.

Every tier takes the same add-ons. The only difference is how the cost is shared.
One or more days on the reef walls and macro sites, with site selection by experience level.
A half or full day to the nearby reefs, for travellers who are not diving.

Lining up flights into Ambon with the onward boat or ferry, which is where most independent trips come apart.
Extra nights, photography guiding and dietary arrangements are all quoted the same way.
Around four travellers, since that is where splitting the boat and guide cost starts to matter. Groups of two or three are usually quoted at the private rate unless we can match you with other travellers on the same dates.
Yes, at any point before confirmation. If your group wants full schedule control rather than a shared itinerary, say so when you message and we quote the private tier instead.
They can, but flight and ferry coordination is available as part of the package. Seat availability into Ambon and onward to Banda is limited, so confirm group dates early enough that transport can be block-booked alongside the boat and the rooms.
Barely. All three cover the town, the forts, a plantation stop and time on the water. What changes is pace, privacy and how much of the day is yours to redirect.
